Preparation without sugar
- Preheat the oven to 225 °C vorheizen.
- Cut the cauliflower into slices or florets. Combine the chilli paste, rapeseed oil, SteviaSweet Crystal and salt. Place the cauliflower in a baking tray and add the spice mixture. Bake on the top shelf of the oven (or under the grill) for 10-15 minutes.
- Combine the pickled vegetables, rice wine vinegar, water, SteviaSweet Crystal and salt.
- Divide the baguette into four pieces and halve each piece lengthways. Spread with hummus and fill with the pickled vegetable mixture and cauliflower. Serve with fresh coriander and lime juice.
