What payment options are available?

You can pay the purchase price and shipping costs by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal, TWINT or invoice.

How long does the delivery take?

After receipt of your order, delivery will be made within 3-4 working days by Swiss Post. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Public holidays Please note that orders placed on a public holiday or the day before may be delayed. The delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Delivery terms & restrictions

  • Please note that goods are only delivered on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Switzerland.
  • We do not deliver to post office boxes.

Is delivery to another country possible?

www.mysteviasweet.ch only delivers within Switzerland.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are indicated in our price details in our online shop and are shown separately on the invoice. They are displayed in the order mask before you send the order. From an order value of 40 CHF, shipping is free of charge throughout Switzerland. If the order value is less than 40 CHF, a flat shipping fee of 4.00 CHF will be charged.

When can I return products?

If you ever decide to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

Please also note our terms and conditions and that our products are foodstuffs. Opening the products obliges you to purchase them.
If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, please send us a photo of the delivered products by e-mail to support@mysteviasweet.com. We will check it internally with our quality department. We will check it internally with our quality department and refund the value of the goods (including postage costs) or contact you if necessary.

When will I receive my refund after I return my order?

If you return goods to us, it will take approximately 2-7 working days for them to be sent to our warehouse. As soon as your return is processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt. We need a maximum of 48 hours to process the package. Once the refund has been authorised by us, it will need to be processed by your bank. How long this takes depends on both the bank and the payment method. The refund will be processed through the same payment method you originally used.

You will receive your refund within 14 days:

  • after receipt of your return in our warehouse; or
  • after receipt of your cancellation notice. Within these 14 days, you must either (a) provide proof that you have returned your order; or (b) have already received the returned goods in our warehouse.
