Meta`s orange cupcake with cinnamon topping
200 g | soft butter |

250 g | white flour |
60 g | peeled and ground almonds |
2 tsp | baking powder |
1 | vanilla pod, only the pulp |
50 g | finely chopped candied orange peel |
Icing
200 g | cream cheese |
2 tbsp | SteviaSweet Crystal |
1 tsp | cinnamon |

Preparation
Whisk butter, SteviaSweet Crystal and almonds until frothy, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Using a piping bag, fill dough into cupcake moulds, bake at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes and let cool. Mix the cream cheese, SteviaSweet Crystal and cinnamon with a whisk, chill in refrigerator for several minutes and then fill into piping bag. Decorate as desired.
