150 g | crème fraîche |
290 g | wheat flour |
2 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
Topping
2 | large apples |
1 tsp | powdered vanilla |
1 tbsp | SteviaSweet Honey |
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Melt the butter and let it cool down somewhat. Mix the SteviaSweet HoneySweet into the melted butter. Combine the dry ingredients. Whisk the eggs into an airy foam and add melted butter and crème fraîche into the mixture. Mix in the dry ingredients and pour the dough into a greased pie tin. Cut the apples into thin slices and season them with cinnamon and SteviaSweet HoneySweet. Arrange the slices on top of the pie and bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 40-45 minutes.
