With SteviaSweet Crystal we use erythritol as a carrier and it is twice as sweet as sugar. For this reason, Crystal is dosed 1:2. Our SteviaSweet baking sugar consists of erythritol, isomaltulose and stevia. This allows easy dosing (1:1) and the baking results are improved by the isomaltulose.

Erythritol is obtained from natural raw materials such as corn or pears and serves as a carrier and consists of polyhydric alcohols. Products that are 100% erythritol have a sweetening power of just 0.8 to 1.0 compared to sugar. Erythritol has a zero glycemic index, meaning it does not affect blood sugar levels. The sugar substitute erythritol is also ideal if you suffer from fructose intolerance and do not tolerate xylitol well.

We invest a lot of time in the development of our products with a focus on taste. Our products should be without added sugar, but still be sweet and delicious to eat. There are various ways to replace sugar, with some products the recipe with maltitol and stevia worked best. For this reason, we also use the sugar substitute maltitol in some products.

Steviol glycosides – the sweetener used in SteviaSweet – comes from a different plant than sugar and consequently has a slightly different taste. However, when it is added to food and drink, a familiar, savory sweetness emerges – similar to that of sugar – only without the unwanted calories .
We spend a lot of time developing our products with a focus on a pleasant taste and no bitter aftertaste.

Steviol glycoside is a calorie-free sweetener that is extracted from the stevia plant.

The stevia plant belongs to the chrysanthemum family and originates from the north east of Paraguay. Hundreds of years ago, the native inhabitants of Paraguay and Brazil recognised the strong sweetening power of the plant and since then have used the leaves to sweeten their food and drink. Stevia is also known as a honey herb in these countries because of its irresistible sweetness. Today, stevia is cultivated in large parts of the world, including South America, Asia and Australia, and has been approved as a calorie-free sugar substitute in many countries.

The sweetener steviol glycoside, which is used in all SteviaSweet products, as well as the other purely herbal ingredients, have no influence on blood glucose or insulin levels. From an order value of 40 CHF, shipping is free of charge throughout Switzerland. If the order value is less than 40 CHF, a flat shipping fee of 4.00 CHF will be charged.

After receipt of your order, delivery will be made within 3-4 working days by Swiss Post. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

If you return goods to us, it will take approximately 2-7 working days for them to be sent to our warehouse. As soon as your return is processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt. We need a maximum of 48 hours to process the package. Once the refund has been authorised by us, it will need to be processed by your bank. How long this takes depends on both the bank and the payment method. The refund will be processed through the same payment method you originally used.

You will receive your refund within 14 days:

after receipt of your return in our warehouse; or
after receipt of your cancellation notice. Within these 14 days, you must either (a) provide proof that you have returned your order; or (b) have already received the returned goods in our warehouse.
