Blend the dates with cocoa powder, almonds, walnuts and SteviaSweet Crystal into a homogeneous mass. Let it cool down.
For the topping:
Blend cocoa powder, pitted dates, coconut milk and coconut oil together, and finally add the hot water, and lubricate it on the cake. Let it cool down.
