Ingredients for 4 servings

Preparation without sugar
Dab off the meat with kitchen paper and season with salt.
Press the garlic and sauté at medium high heat with the rapeseed oil.
Add the remaining ingredients incl.
and cook to reduce the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes until it becomes creamy.
Spread 1/3 of the BBQ sauce over the meat.
Wrap the ribs in baking paper and foil and bake in the oven for 2 to 3 hours at 150 degrees Celsius until the meat comes off the bones easily.
Grill the meat on the grill or in the oven until it is crispy on the outside. Pour the remaining BBQ sauce over the meat.
