Rye and berry crumble
This rye berry crumble won’t leave a trace – certainly not on your plate. A quick, healthy dessert that is more than just a flash in the pan.
Nutritional information per portion
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Combine the berries, sugar, potato starch and cardamom. Pour into a round oven dish and spread evenly.
Roughly mix the butter and other ingredients for the crumble topping. Spread over the berries.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 – 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
