Peach pie

Base
180 g | wholegrain wheat flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
100 g | SteviaSweet Crystal |
1/2 tsp | ground vanilla |
1/2 tsp | ground cardamom |
100 ml | milk |
100 ml | rapeseed oil |
2 | eggs |
Topping
2 | fresh peaches |
1/4 tsp | ground vanilla |
1/2 tsp | ground cardamom |
1 tsp | SteviaSweet Crystal |
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Wash the peaches, halve them and remove the stones. Cut each half into eight slices. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the milk, rapeseed oil and eggs and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased pie or cake tin with removable base (diameter 24 – 26 cm). Spread the peach slices across the base.
Mix together the SteviaSweet Crystal or Granulated, vanilla and cardamom and spread over the peaches. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 25 -30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
