Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Mix the flour,
SteviaSweet Crystal or
SteviaSweet Granulated, granola and raisins. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth and divide into muffin liners. Sprinkle granola on top of the muffins. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes depending on size. Serve warm for breakfast with yogurt and berries.
